COMPASS for the Caregiver

Barrhead and District FCSS Society is hosting a facilitator training course for the COMPASS for the Caregiver program. Starting February 14 till March 14 at the FCSS office Program Room. There is a small fee of $25. This program will give you the information needed to give support to those caregivers that are feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what they should be doing or where to turn for help when needed. It will help to give strategies to the caregivers to keep themselves healthy while being busy and under stress.
